Our History

BeyondNerd was founded in 2012 in Syracuse, NY, with a simple but powerful belief: every home and business deserves dependable, honest, and affordable support for their technology. From the beginning, we set out to treat every customer not just as a client, but as part of our extended family. For over a decade, we’ve proudly served tens of thousands of homeowners and business owners—installing entertainment systems, Wi‑Fi networks, cameras, network wiring, and more—always with the same dedication to quality and trust.

In 2024, BeyondNerd relocated its home base to Valdosta, GA, to fill a critical need. We saw a gap in the region for a truly reliable and trustworthy IT service provider, and we made the move to bring our expertise and commitment to a new community. This move reflects the heart of who we are: a family‑owned business that builds relationships, not just systems.

Founded by a retired member of the volunteer fire service, BeyondNerd was built on principles of service, integrity, and care. Our mission has always been simple: deliver the most effective and straightforward solution to get the job done right—saving our customers time and money. This principle is the foundation of everything we do, and why our customers keep coming back.

We treat our team as an extension of the BeyondNerd family. Every technician is not only highly trained and certified, but deeply committed to our mission and values. We are proud to serve communities across South Georgia, Northern Florida, and Central Arkansas, and we stand by our work in every way. Brad, our owner, doesn’t sit behind a desk when there’s work to be done—he’s in the field, side by side with our technicians, rolling up his sleeves and leading by example.
